Across this range of core service activities, a number of common processes and activities have been identified in the field officers’ interaction with back office data. These interactions have benefited from the breadth of approach taken by ReGS and include the ability to search, view and update premises, inspections, and actions data; to generate service requests/worksheets, diaries and notes of activity and mange prosecutions data in real time from any mobile device.
